Producer
This rum is crafted from a selection of Caribbean distillates chosen for their structure, heat, and aromatic complexity. Planteray blends and finishes these components with care, aiming to honor the historical style of navy strength rum while refining it through modern cask work. The result is a strong, character driven spirit suited for enthusiasts and serious cocktail applications.

Cocktail Suggestion
Its powerful molasses and spice profile anchors a Navy Grog, providing the strength and depth needed for this classic. It also elevates a bold Daiquiri, where its concentrated character creates a dynamic balance with lime and sugar.
